Rifat: Yes, a lot! I focus better, and I end up with more time in the day.

Samiha: That sounds good. Do you go for a walk?

Nafis: Hi Asha! You look so fresh today. What’s your secret?

Asha: Thanks, Nafis! I’m waking up early in the morning now.

Nafis: Really? Lazy & unmotivated in the morning. Isn’t it difficult?

Asha: At first, it was. But now it’s a way of life. I like to wake up early because it gives me extra time to study and map out my day.

Nafis: That sounds useful. Do you study in the morning?

Asha: Yes! It’s quiet and I can focus more. I also take a walk and that keeps me healthy.

Nafis: I spend most nights up, and I wake up late. But I feel tired all day.

Asha: That’s the problem. Night owls and late risers make us sluggish. Early birds are the most active and focused.
